HA3T handheld acoustic & thermal camera for field inspection.

HA3T is a handheld acoustic and thermal camera designed for multi-sensor industrial inspection. It combines a 144-channel MEMS microphone array with 640×512 infrared thermal imaging to help engineers locate gas leaks, detect partial discharge, diagnose mechanical noise and verify thermal anomalies. HA3T is suitable for power grids, oil and gas facilities, data centers, manufacturing plants and heavy industry maintenance workflows.

HA3 series acoustic camera combines a high-density MEMS microphone array, beamforming algorithms and optical image overlay. The camera captures sound arrival differences, calculates the sound source direction and displays the result as an acoustic heatmap over the visual image.

What is HA3LX used for?

HA3LX is used for methane leak inspection, gas leak localization, LDAR inspection and acoustic fault detection in oil, gas, chemical, LNG and industrial facilities.

What is the difference between HA3 and HA3LX?

HA3 is designed for general acoustic imaging inspection. HA3LX adds a TDLAS methane laser sensor, allowing inspectors to verify CH₄ concentration after locating a suspected leak source acoustically.

How does HA3LX detect methane?

HA3LX uses Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy to measure methane concentration along the laser path. This enables non-contact methane verification after acoustic leak localization.

Is HA3LX suitable for LDAR inspection?

Yes. HA3LX supports LDAR workflows by combining acoustic leak localization with methane concentration verification and inspection documentation.

Can HA3LX detect non-methane leaks?

Yes, The acoustic imaging function can locate ultrasonic sound generated by pressurized gas leaks, but the TDLAS methane sensor is specifically used for CH₄ verification. For non-methane gases, the acoustic result shows leaks.
